Booking Conditions
1. Confirmation
Bookings are only confirmed once a deposit has been received and you have been issued a confirmation voucher by Golden Height Travel & Consult.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary by package. Standard packages generally incur a 20% non-refundable deposit. Individual airline and hotel cancellation fees also apply.
3. Traveler Responsibility
It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure all travel documents (passports, visas, vaccination cards) are valid for the duration of the trip.
